Our starting comp is well above the industry standard and with the potential to reach 145% comp, there is really no industry comparison. We believe that, in a business dedicated to helping families, an agent’s work should equally benefit their own lives.
Diverse Lead Program
Our agents do not cold call nor rely on their personal network, friends, or family. We define a “Lead” as a client that requests help – who is actively looking for life insurance.
We work with lead vendors that generate leads for any budget. You have complete control of what budget, if any, you would like to implement into your business, and what lead type, what area, and what time they are generated. We offer many different options that allow our agents to design their own lead program!

The role is a 1099, commissioned position dependent on a consistent, fresh flow of leads.
